By installing or using Xway PH you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What the app does
Xway PH gives estimates of toll fees, fuel cost, drive time and RFID load for expressways in Luzon. It is a planning aid only.
Estimates, not official figures
Toll rates come from published Toll Regulatory Board matrices and may change without notice. Fuel prices and next-week changes are industry estimates and may differ from actual pump prices. Distances, times and routes are approximate. Advisories and alerts summarise public announcements and may be late, incomplete or wrong; delivery of notifications is not guaranteed. Fuel and charging cost for gasoline, diesel, hybrid and electric vehicles uses the prices and consumption you enter or the app suggests. Always check the official toll operator or Toll Regulatory Board for the amount you will be charged. We are not responsible for toll charges, fuel costs or RFID balances that differ from the estimates.
Drive safely
Do not use the app while driving. Obey traffic laws and road signs. Route and guidance features are not a substitute for your own judgment.
Free trial and subscription
- New users get a 7-day free trial with all features. The trial is once per device: reinstalling the app or clearing its data does not start a new one.
- After the trial, Vehicle Class 2 and 3 fares, Fuel Price Watch and Advisories (including their alerts) require a subscription: Monthly ₱129 or Annual ₱499 (prices may change; the price shown at purchase applies).
- Subscriptions are billed through Google Play (Android) or your Apple ID (iPhone) and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time in Google Play, Payments and subscriptions, or on iPhone in Settings, your name, Subscriptions (cancel at least 24 hours before renewal). Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the paid period ends.
- Refunds follow the refund policy of Google Play or Apple, whichever billed you.
Third parties
Xway PH is independent. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Toll Regulatory Board, San Miguel Corporation, Metro Pacific Tollways, Autosweep, Easytrip, Google, Waze or any government agency. Names are used only to describe compatibility.
Acceptable use
Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or interfere with the app or its price data, or use it for unlawful purposes.
No warranty and limit of liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from reliance on the estimates. Nothing here limits rights you have under Philippine consumer law that cannot be waived.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
